Educational Psychology

Educational psychology refers to psychological assessment of children’s cognitive abilities. An educational psychologist typically conducts a number of tests and observation in order to write a report that can guide the school in how best to support the child. Such an assessment would aim to identify the child’s strengths and areas of difficulty. An educational psychologist would help implement the strategies suggested to help the child reach their potential.

You will be asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete registration forms. Some of our psychologists request that you complete a questionnaire to inform the assessment process.
